Jacquelyn Bell,
LPCC, M. ED., MOD I'm here as an unbiased listener. We work together to understand your needs while building a trusting relationship. This is a safe place. I utilize a holistic approach as mind, body, and spirit are the foundation of who we are. I work with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship hurdles, or other adjustment-related concerns. Our work will vary based on the individual. There is no one size fits all. I also believe what we eat and how we move has an impact on our thoughts and behaviors. Taking care of our bodies can make a difference on how the mind works. I believe our thoughts and behaviors manifest into our reality. I have several years of experience working with adults who report depression, anxiety, and substance abuse. Other ares of expertise include young adults who are transitioning into the next phase of their life and clients seeking career or life coaching. When applicable, Telehealth allows for continuity of care and enhances the client's comfort. Seeking an outlet is a big first step. Therefore, my goal is to create a comfortable unbiased, and open environment for you to relax and share in. We follow your speed and pressing concerns; the session is yours, not mine. I'd love to talk with you and see how I can help you attain whatever goals you're considering or already working towards.
